If your use of this Site requires setting up an account and/or password(s), you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password(s) and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after your credit card has been charged. We will not accept any order from outside the United States. You may not purchase any item from this Site for resale by you or any other person, and you may not resell any item purchased from this Site. The prices displayed on the site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are intended to be valid and effective only in the United States. LEAD AND CADMIUM IN ADULT JEWELRY LAW

Certain components used in the manufacture of R.J. Graziano jewelry products may contain lead or cadmium. R.J. Graziano, Inc. works with its vendors and testing laboratories to ensure that its jewelry products meet the requirements of New York’s Lead and Cadmium in Adult Jewelry law.

California’s Prop 65 mandates that companies selling product to California consumers provide this warning: Certain components used in the manufacture of R.J. Graziano jewelry products may contain lead or other toxic substances. Handling or wearing these products may expose you to lead or other toxic substances known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless R.J. Graziano, Inc. and affiliates, subsidiaries and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including attorneys' reasonable fees) related to your violation of this Agreement.

We guarantee to process all in stock items within 1-2 business days from your order date. 
During new product launches, introductions and holiday season, we guarantee to process your order within 3 business days of your order date. Orders placed after 2 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, please allow for 1 additional business day for processing (excluding bank holidays.) All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

We ship via UPS to all 50 states, and the District of Columbia, however we do not ship to P. O. boxes.  Rjgraziano.com does not ship internationally.

Shipping promotions

Any shipping promotions (i.e. Free Shipping) apply only to standard delivery (5-7 business days).  Shipping promotions are only valid on outgoing merchandise.  Free shipping is not valid on any returns made to rjgraziano.com.

Free shipping is not available on Final Sale items.

Returns are easy!  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase on rjgraziano.com, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund of the purchase price.  Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.  All items must be returned in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.  Gift Cards and final sale items cannot be returned.  Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item or returned for an electronic gift card (sent to your email account).  For items received as gifts that you wish to return or exchange, please contact info@rjgraziano.com for a Return Form.

No COD returns accepted.

Steps to return merchandise:

1. Complete the Return Form included with your order.  If you have misplaced this form, please email info@rjgraziano.com to be sent a new form by email.
2. Be sure to package the item carefully.  We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping due to poorly packaged items. 
3. Enclose the completed Return Form with your merchandise.
4. Use the UPS label included with your purchase and affix the label to the outside of your packaging. 
5. Bring the return package to any UPS location.  Be sure to keep a record of the tracking number of the package. 
6. Once the merchandise is received back in our warehouse and deemed to be in good condition, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding all major holidays. Orders received after 2pm will be processed the following business day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
